Everything I create and offer is a reflection of what I believe in. I am here to create moments that matter.

-The Mother Daughter Retreats deepen and strengthen bonds. We gather in Costa Rica to connect to self, to nature, and with each other.

-Summer camps for girls are held in Northern CA. We spend time outside, craft, sit by the water, play, tell stories, and learn how to listen to our inner voice. It’s a week of female empowerment.

-My Substack is a space where I share stories and poems about how Nature is our greatest teacher.

This is all led by a shared commitment with other like minded moms and educators. Girls who have strong relationships are positioned to know how to navigate the challenges in life. My mission is to create spaces for connection and teach tools to self-regulate in times of stress. All this is done with love and fun. We will laugh and dance. We will sit in meditation. We will hug and remember how to return to our true authentic selves.
